Gears of War 3 Release Date

Gears of War 3 has been given a final release date as Microsoft announces that Epic's saga will be concluding on September 20.

Originally slated for release this Spring, Gears of War 3 was hit with a delay that pushed it back to later in the year. It'll mark the end of a trilogy that kick-started the HD console generation back in 2006. A look late last year at the multiplayer features suggested it will be a fitting finale.

More details on Gears of War 3 are expected to hit at a Microsoft event being held in San Francisco today, and some quarters are expecting it to be Kinect-related. Check back on IGN for more info on what promises to be one of 2011's biggest blockbusters.

Finally....It was scheduled for April this year and I couldn't wait for it and then, the developers say that they've postponed it until fall and don't give a precise date....

I am happy that finally a date has been given....I just hope that the GT5 thing doesn't happen with this game...

Gears of War 3...can't wait to play it...
