Multi Genesis Aladdin 'Final Cut' Mode

When Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King was announced, the list of games included something called "Disney’s Aladdin Final Cut." We knew the Final Cut was a reworking of the classic SEGA Genesis game, but until now, we didn't know the extent of the changes. IGN scored the first footage along with an exclusive interview.

In short, Disney's Aladdin Final Cut includes new areas, boss patterns, graphical effects and other changes that were made after consulting the original 1990s development team like extra secret areas via new doorways.

It's always a nice plus, I'm trying to remember if I played the SNES version or not.

I never did but I will at some point, just to see if it really is the superior version.
