It's the new month of the year! Why is this so late? And new updates on the official GL board.

---- Staff Status ----
Sooooooo, our staff situation isn't the best (da curse?!). We currently have me,
Martin and
froggyboy604 running the show (all others demoted due to inactivity), so yeah, things are good for now but if something big were to happen to the forum I can't help but feel we may be unprepared for it.
For now our mods are good, I'm still looking for advertising staff (a paypal paid position) and I'm willing to take on another vice-admin IF you are a person who can bring some fresh ideas into the forum. If you're interested, please PM me.
So this brings us into the next issue.....

All is good right now, the forum is active, everything still feels great but I know staleness is on the horizon. So I'm kind of in need of ideas on what should happen or features we should invest in.
I'll be graduating in the May of this year (if all goes well) and if I'm lucky enough to score that paying job, I may be able to dump a pretty penny into this forum by the fall pending how things go. So I would like to get something going if anyone has any ideas. Feel free to post below or PM me or Martin anything on your mind.
On a side note, my graduation won't affect my time on the forum for the foreseeable future.

Ooooooohh yeah, on December 18th I performed some maintenance to increase anti-spam measures as well as place a SSL certificate onto Gaming Latest. This ensures a secure login into Gaming Latest and protects all your data that you entered onto the site.

Santa was good to the DS this season, I'm happy to say for the Wii U I have the Splatoon and Mario Maker gamers along with Super Smash Bros. If you like to fight me and get the gameplay recorded for youtube, let me know to set something up. Same thing goes for Mario Maker, let me know your level and I'll try it out and post the gameplay onto youtube.
