Good and bad dlc

What are some examples of good dlc and bad dlc. I can think of Maneater: Truth Quest being a pretty solid expansion of the original game. While Horse Armor is infamous for being terrible.

Depends on the person, people say school outfits dlc is bad but I think its a good thing

Pointless cosmetic stuff is totally fine by me.

The only bad DLC is the stuff you can't afford or never plan on using.
