Good controller for PC

What's a good controller for PC for emulation?
Aside from console controllers like the DS4, Xbox controllers and so on.

I found controllers similar to the PS4 design are pretty good.

Pretty much this. And the Ps4 controller's touchpad is nice for cockpit navigation too when flying my F-15c Eagle along with my HOTAS.

The thing is I don't like to use my DS4 on my PC because I only have 1 and theres that installation thing. and I want to keep DS4 to PS4 exclusively.

Ps4 Controller works flawlessly without using the DS4 software for playing FF 12 HD remaster on PC though, the game recognizes it and displays the proper Ps4 input buttons in-game.

Retrobit just put out a saturn style USB controller that works really well.
