Good luck finding sanitizer supplies

The Coronavirus is really stroking people's fears right now, at the store I work at all our hand sanitizer and medicine relief supplies have been wiped out, months worth of back stock gone in a week. Apparently even our local walmart has been wiped out as well.

I read that ebay, amazon and other online stores are banning resale of the items to prevent price inflation.

I had a lady come in to where I work asking if we sell those medical face masks (see picture below).....I work at a farm and ranch store. Why would someone think we carry those? She asked if I knew where she could get those once she found out we didn't sell those. I told her she was more than likely going to find those at a pharmacy.

But, yeah. I have a couple of bottles of that hand sanitizer hanging around my house, plus, I have a can of lysol. I wouldn't say that I'm paranoid. I just work with the public at my job and I'm use to people coughing on me as they're leaning over my counter. My hubby has even mentioned that he's surprised I don't get sick more often than I do since I'm working with the public.

Everyone believes that the coronavirus is deadly.
They should know better now but yeah I do understand it's hard for others to accept it.

I feel some of the people buying masks, hand sanitizer, etc may plan to re-sell them on the internet and offline because there are some rich people with more money who may pay hundreds of dollars to buy masks, and hand sanitizer.

I understand people who want to buy masks and hand sanitizer because they may have a sick or elderly relative or friend which can get sick or die if they come on contact with the Coronavirus, so it is a good idea for them to wear a mask and use hand sanitizers if they spend a lot of time around sick, and elderly people.

Hopefully, the government, mask, and hand sanitizer company can figure out a way to make more masks and hand sanitizer for people who need masks and hand sanitizer.
