Up until now, doctors fighting highly contagious diseases like Ebola have had to forgo their gadgets for pen and paper. But Google, at the request of the French organization Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), has developed an alternative: A tablet enclosed in polycarbonate, which can be soaked in chlorine for decontamination.
This also sounds like a nice tablet for young kids, and places where people don't wash their hands because of lack of water, soap, or knowledge about the importance of hand washing.
Maybe, in places like Africa where Ebola is more common, Doctors or Nurses are less knowledgeable on diseases like Ebola, so they need to look up information on their tablets, or use Skype, Google Hangouts, and other chat apps to talk to another doctor which is more knowledgeable about Ebola.
Maybe they have solar power chargers for Tablets, or richer countries like America provide Ebola infected villages with gas generators, or money to buy gas, and gas power generators.
