Finally, I got a new offer and I am going to switch companies pretty soon.
Well, I don't want to be with my current company anymore because of the pay and work load
 
I hope you're happy with the new company that you got the offer from.

I hope to switch jobs. I think I'm having similar problems to what you're having.

Then it's better to switch.
I don't usually want to come out of my comfort zone but sometimes it can't be helped anymore
 
I'm sure the managers at my work probably do as well. I'm sure they've probably expected one from me as well. I've put in job applications and I know some of these places are calling my work to ask about my employment history.

your exact work place or the work place's company? I know when I worked at Staples, my manger never took calls on it, always redirected them to corp main office for that.
