Yeah, so many bundles and all we get are default black color. It's not that is a bad thing, but why do we see every color in existence overseas and we never get stuff like that? Are they only doing this to get rid of their stock?
299 Is a great price. I paid around 600 pounds for the original PS3 alone! I guess a lot has changed since then, so glad the PS4 is a lot cheaper. Might even get this, current PS3 has YLOD and has happened twice already.
I wonder how many units they'll sell with the PS4 right around the corner. I would imagine that if you were going to buy a PS3 you probably would have done so by now.
I also have to agree that I'm surprised the PS3 looks so traditional. Usually these bundles have some sort of custom skin or paint job, giving collectors an incentive to purchase one if they already are squared away in terms of consoles.
It's about time the GTA series had it's own console bundle set. And that's a good deal for those who dont have a console powerful enough and want to play GTA 5. I do agree that it is a shame that there are no custom colors, though.
The price is pretty decent for all that your getting. I wonder how good the headphones are though. As someone who is displeased with the so called "features" of the Xbox One, this bundle would be good for transitioning me from the Xbox 360. I am so excited for this game so I am seriously contemplating getting this bundle. However, I agree with the other users on the consoles customization. I wonder why they did not at least put any decals on the PS3. In my opinion, that would really make it stand out.
When a new console is announced they always start to bring out the bundles. This is a really nice one for a pretty good price. I do agree it doesn't have any special Grand Theft Auto look or anything to it.
This is a pretty big push to get people to buy a PS3 that don't already have one.
The price is fantastic, no doubts about that. As Marioman said, it's a good chance for those who usually don't play consoles that often to grab a PS3 at a good price, and take advantage of the fact that a newer console is going to be released soon. I'm not expecting too much out of the headphones though, it is a bundle after all.
