Straight from the Leipzig Games Convention, which kicked off earlier today, is the new info on the PC edition of Grand Theft Auto IV. First off, they've improved the graphics engine, adding more realistic lighting and a higher level of character and environment detail. The game is going to feature resolutions up to 2560x1600.
Changes for the multiplayer are also on the horizon. The player count (GTA IV on consoles supported 16 player servers) could see an increase for eager PC gamers.
Moreover, they've put in a replay editor, so whenever you're playing, the previous 30 seconds of gameplay is recorded and you can rewind and watch what you've done. Editing the footage is another possibility, with filters, different camera angles, etc.
