GTA Online Maintenance

Rockstar has announced Grand Theft Auto Online will be unavailable for roughly 24 hours from later tonight due to maintenance.

It's scheduled to begin at 6PM Pacific / 9PM Eastern / 2AM GMT and will last for most of tomorrow, Thursday January 16. The post announcing the news concludes "We expect to be back up within 24 hours. Apologies for the inconvenience."

Assuming this is for all the hacking going on, I'll bet it will be down till the weekend.

This surprised me yesterday, I got a message on screen saying I had been kicked by the administators, and when I tried to get back on It would not let me.

I thought I got banned or something lol.

Then I looked it up on their site and it said they where down for maintenance.

I'm glad they are caring about the online aspect for longer than usual although it just scares me into thinking that it's going to be a lot longer before they create GTA 6(if they do).

Basically they are taking out the illegal money.

Good to hear.

But most have already purchased what they wanted to purchase anyway, such as Rhino Tanks and Buzzard Helicopters.

And Rockstar said they where only taking away the money rather than the items brought with it.

So now I'm back at my 200,000 dollars lol, no more careless spending from me.

When those hackers gave me that money even though I did not ask for it I still went ahead and used it, but now I will have to go back to being more careful with my money which is fine with me.

Don't you run out of stuff to do online in GTA5. Once I bought two places, cars, weapons, and clothes it was kind of like "What now?"
