After having made its mark throughout most of the world, Grand Theft Auto IV will at long last be landing in that place where video games were reborn back in the 80s through the antics of a peaceful plumber in a kingdom of mushrooms. Japan will get its version of HD Liberty City on October 30, when GTAIV makes it across the Pacific on both the 360 and PS3.
As previously announced, Capcom will be doing the honors with the Japanese version of the title, just as it did with the PS2, Xbox 360 and PSP versions. At just a few months, the translation time appears to be a good deal faster for this latest offering.
For those who keep track of such things, Capcom has labeled the Japanese version of the game as "Borderless Action."
Both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of GTAIV will cost 8,390 yen, placing them towards the higher end of 360 and PS3 third party offerings. They'll also carry the Z rating, meaning no sales to those under 18.

the way I understand it our teenager animes are actually grade school animes in japan so I doubt they will have too much trouble with GTA like we did.
