I really delve into the past on this one, a true Gainax classic of the earth fighting off space invaders to protect themselves from extinction. I didn't care for all the deep love feelings going on, specially since some felt forced or out of nowhere, but overall this is a pretty solid anime story telling.
Anyone here see this? I recommend it.
