The Gundam.info website began streaming the Gundam Rising ~Gundam: The Origin Target U.C.0079 promotional video on Friday. The "short directional movie" first ran after the second volume of the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin anime in theaters last month.


The video recreates the first Mobile Suit Gundam story's iconic scene of the RX-78-2 Gundam mobile suit rising for the first time. The animation team from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin created this video as test footage of The Origin's version of the RX-78-2 Gundam. It is the first anime depiction of The Origin's version.

ahhh the moment that kicked off an entire huge series. Looks good.
 
Gundam series is really huge, every other time you see a gundam anime out and this is where it all began :) So excited about it
