Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury Prologue will have its U.S. debut at San Diego International Comic-Con later this July. As detailed on the official Comic Con International website, the screening will take place on the first official day of the convention, which is July 21, at 12:30 PDT.
The upcoming prequel series to Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury will be a separate anime series with its own story. According to Bandai Namco, the prequel series will also feature its own mobile suits. Although not many story details about The Witch From Mercury Prologue have been revealed yet, Bandai Namco did release the names of two of the new suits, which are Gundam Lfrith and Gundam Beguir-Beu.
