, also try some extra stuff with the background like add more stuff to fill in the empty space.
 
I know you did and as i sid before it looks great but keep in mind that some people might think it's plain, not that it's bad but it's always nice to have something little (it don't have to be much, juxt enough) like a logo or another brush like a tribal tattoo. Really some sigs can pull off the empty background since the sig has a lot of detail, like in your case the render looks great and makes it stand out, but some need that little extra. Remember this is not bashing its just help.
