A lot of people are afraid to offer any kind of help to a random person. Most says that it's as a result of security risk they choose not to help out in such situation but it's not for me because we are all random people at one point in time in any place. I have paid for bus tickets and even bought lunch for random people who walked up to me and asked for assistance.

Yes my family did once like my Dad but the guy turned out to be a scammer since then we don't help out strangers with money issue unless its like legit like homeless etc or there is proof like the person is really saying is true
Yeah, a lot of dubious people have tarnished the image of the real one's that are really in need. It's so frustrating having to deal with all that.
