Have you ever had any type of surgery?

yes on my mouth to remove all four wisdom teeth which of course they had issues fully removing them. Took me a full 6 months to recover and to this day I can not eat chocolate pudding anymore....
 
Yes, when I was a kid, I had strabismus (and I still kind of have?) and it was really obvious and I had two or three surgeries to fix that problem and I'm much better now, you can't really tell unless one of my eyes starts getting lazy, lol.
I'm also kind of blind so I have worn glasses since I was three years old, and I can get another surgery to fix that, but I got really used to have my glasses all the time that I seriously cannot imagine my life without them, even if it would be physically (and financially) more comfortable.
 
I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out recently and about two years ago, I had to have ACL Reconstruction surgery. I tore it while playing volleyball on campus. :p
