No, because I haven't set aside time to sit down and learn the entire language.
Yes, because I made sure that I knew enough to put up a basic webpage, or edit the wrappers on my forum.

Started getting into HTML coding in 2005 when I began posting on blogs and message boards, and explored web hosting.
I know basis HTML, but I just copy and paste HTML code into pre-made templates in programs like Wordpress, Dreamwaver and Frontpage.
luckily I was able to take a class on this in high school and got my hands wet in it. I learn enough to type out the basics.
