Yes, I have used the Onlive App in Windows 7 computer with only 1GB of RAM, integrated/onboard video, and 1.86 GHz dual core Intel CPU, and games are streamed pretty quickly on my cable internet connection. It almost feels like a real PC game in medium low to Medium settings. The audio is also clear and loud.

The App is also very easy to install, and use from http://onlive.com . I also like the user interface of the game explorer.​

I used the app on my netbook with 1.6GHz dual core and HD 4250. Games work very well on certain networks (not at my home though )
