Farrell has expressed enthusiasm about returning to Gotham for the spinoff ever since. "I couldn't be more excited about continuing this exploration of Oz as he rises through the darkened ranks to become The Penguin," the actor said in March. "Will be good to get him back on the streets of Gotham for a little madness and a little mayhem."

Sounds great. Pretty gentlemanly guy, but more with a mafia/club with weird side trait sort of character.
