How do you get over a headache? I've been experiencing them lately and I think it's because I haven't been drinking enough water and allergies aren't helping.

Tylenol, if I can do it I close my eyes for ten minutes to help it kick in faster.

I'm also going to start taking claritin daily now to stave off sinus headaches.

Mine is trying to turn chronic, I guess is due to my addictive nature being online. Since I'm experiencing much of it, I'm taking my time now to rest more than being online.

I normally carry some Aleve in my purse. That way, I can take something to get rid of the headache when I'm out and about. I keep another bottle of it at home in my medicine cabinet. But I always have some with me in my purse.

May want to get glasses that cuts down on screen glare, that could help.

I need to get some carry pills with me as well, now and then I'm caught without them and the pain sets in >_<

They have some pretty small bottles.

You can also get a little pill box to carry around your pills in (my hubby does this because he has one medicine he takes on his lunch break). The only problem with this option is I know that if the police pull you over, they can confiscate any drugs you have on you if it's not in it's original container (they can in my state anyway). So I tend to make sure that if I'm carrying any medicine around with me that it's in the original container with the label(s) still on them. I'm not calling anyone out and saying they're stupid or anything, it's just they don't know if those drugs are really what you say they are but if you have them in the original container then they don't really have a leg to stand on.

I think that gonna solve it somewhat for me, I will look into getting one from the online store. I look through it, if it meets my expectations, then I'll definitely go for it.

Thanks for the reminder! I think I will pick up some blue light glasses. My ophthalmologist recommended that I do.

Paracetamol for me, a lot of water, and a little bit of hope that the headache just goes away as quickly as possible. Usually that helps for me

Uhhhn, think I had a migraine today, but managed to shake it off for my date tonight.
Time to use the "Shake it off" feat in Dnd:

Shake It Off

You support your allies and help them recover from crippling effects.

Benefit: When you are adjacent to one or more allies who also have this feat, you gain a +1 bonus on saving throws per such ally (maximum +4).

Planning to get the teamwork feat for my MC and party members in Pathfinder: Kingmaker later on after the Diehard feat.

Not very often but if it was anything I found noticeably affecting my life performance then I'd go outside if I needed it.

I'm glad you were able to shake that off before you went on your date. Migraines are no fun to begin with but it sucks when they ruin things, especially when you have something nice or fun planned.

Try getting one and knowing you have to go to school and can't miss the college class >_<

Hope you are feeling better now :) I can get stress headaches easily. What were you doing when it happened? Sometimes tension, being too hot or too cold, even a specific food or smell can bring on a headache. What helps me is either using a cold or warm pack, depending on what "feels" the best at that time.
