I was a bit bored so I tried to go on DSUltimate. It wasn't there, oh no. Did a little Google search on the name and found this place.

Welcome.... back? Well it's the same community (as in group of people) is it not? So ... you know.
Yes I can say welcome back? If there was a group called um.... Bacon, and a member left temporarily, and then the group were renamed Porkchop, and that member rejoined, would they say "Welcome" or "Welcome back"?
