I see no introduce forum or something but I can post here.
Hi I am anime guy I love anime I hope there is anime people here.
I hope to talk you guys about anime or games in anime graphic and so on.
Currently I play Omega Strikers and Eternal Return.

Welcome. I've seen some tutorials that show how to make industry-standard anime models and UV maps. But that's more on the 3D side. 2D is sometimes hand-drawn I'm pretty sure.
