How could Sony make a better handheld?

What do you think Sony should do in order to make a handheld that is better than Nintendo's? If that is possible.

Allow PC Game Streaming of games to the Vita handheld like the Nvidia Shield which let gamers stream PC Games from their PC to their Nvidia Shield. Also, make it possible for the Vita to be able to use Android apps, and games.

I think they need more exclusives.

I got the PSP entirely on what little exclusives that had such as Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles and Mega Man X Maverick Hunter.
