How do I style my username?

I have purchased username style from the store, but I cannot figure out how to do like I did before. I found this guide on styling you username under the GL How to & help and I don't see what @Demon_Skeith posted in his image in that thread, so what do I do to style my username?

Note: If I try purchasing Username Styling in the shop I get this message: "Oops! We ran into some problems. This item is unique, and you already own a copy of this item."

I don't see anywhere to style my username

Once purchased you just have to let staff know so we can unlock the permissions, you should be set now
