How do you control anxiety?

Pills and all, they work but we can't take them all the time.

So, if you often feel anxious, how do you control it?
 
Some of my anxiety stuff is more of me not being used to doing something, so I just have to force myself to get over it and just do it. The more I do something, the more comfortable I get.

I’ve never had crippling anxiety, so I don’t have any tips on that.
 
Mine is related to doing new things, which I just give it time to calm down.
