It can be while you are having lunch or when you are off work .....
So, how would you feel? I feel annoyed by this. Is it the same for you guys?

Even if it's from your lead or manager? If I don't want to talk, I simply just won't answer the phone.
That's so cool!In the 13 1/2 years I've been at my present job, I think I've been called twice on my day off (and I answered the phone both times). I rarely ever hear from them when I'm not at work. So, there's probably not a very high chance that'll happen.
I'm a housewife & I tend to work off & on throughout the day doing chores, cleaning, tending to fur-babies, etc. I'm also an introvert so I can get a bit irked when people disrupt my routine.
Since I'm working from home, if it's during my lunch break, not at all a problem really. If I can, I'll respond or talk to them. After work, no way. Won't respond, won't even look at it.
Yeah, definitely. For me, it's more of an "I'm not getting paid to look at this after work" so that's why I don't touch anything work-related after 5pm.See......when I go home, I don't like being contacted. Once I clock out and I'm on my own time, I don't like to think about work. I'm kind of an introvert to begin with.

For those of us who have pets who we view as our kids, yep, it's a thing lol But we don't go overboard. We say they are our kids but we also know they are dogs & cats first & foremost. We respect their species. Irks me when people use an animal as a human child.fur-babies? That's still a thing.
And I also hate my routine disturbed.
