How do you rate your computer you are using at school or work?

I rate my computers at school a 8 because they are usable, but not very fast.

6 - back in my college days the web blockers hamper my surfing progress, other then that they run pretty good.

Yes, those filters are pretty annoying since they sometimes block legitimate non-porn sites, game sites, youtube, and sports page.

4, if they find any site that a student enjoys they just block it. they even blocked some sites teachers use for class which is a fail. funny thing is today the block was down today. I wonder why.....
