How expensive will the PS4 and Xbox 720 be?

Well, people are saying the Wii U is overpriced at 300 pounds/dollars and sales have been pretty low, so what do you think Sony and Microsoft will charge for their systems?

Surely they're not going to risk a 600 dollar/pound console in the current market climate, right? Might they go cheap and sell the console as part of a pay as you go plan like companies do with mobile phones?

Will they sell the consoles for the same price as the Wii U?

What do you think?

i heard they would start it at $300 then boost the price higher then that for whatever reason.

i don't think that's true, but if it is, and sony fails because of it, i will laugh.

They will probably be around $599 not including controllers or games -_-. Hopefully Microsoft lets the new xbox work with the 360 controllers cause atm for ps4 you have to buy the console lets say its $599 which will come with 1 controller maybe a game most likely not, a game or two hopefully still priced at $60 and now 3 more controllers hopefully priced still at $50 so that right there is $870 with no tax for 2 games the console and 3 extra controllers ouch.

i think that sony will start out lower then the 720.....if not then its going to be a real bad ending for them

They said they were gonna try to not go above, nothing is final yet cant wait for E3 to see what all 3 companies have in store.
