How long till Laptops come with Windows 8?

I want to get a ASUS laptop so I can use a video game recorder in my room. A lap top with these specs:

Processor (minimum): Dual core CPU 2.0GHz or faster
Graphics with 256MB memory (or greater)
Sound card
CD-ROM drive


I need to know when laptops will start carrying the windows 8 OS and buy one before that time.
 
Ohh I missread it, it would depend, cheap ones would probably use it or exsisting stock won't be upgraded.
 
I heard Windows 8 will be released in October, or September, but it could be sooner or latter since MS keeps release dates a secret until the very end.

Toshiba, and Lenovo laptops are also pretty good brands for laptops, and should be fast enough for video game recording if they have the right specs.

Now that you brought up deals, ever thought about having a forum section for daily deals on electronics/games? Would be interesting.

It would, but I don't have time to check a lot of sites for deals.

No, I want to record video game footage off my PS3. But you need a PC for the recorder to work and since my PC isn't near my PS3 I need a laptop.
