If a member reply to a whole page of topics on a section of an forum like "Internet chat, offtopic, etc" it can be kind of annoying since old topics which most people read goes to the top of the forum page.
I seen a few members on another forum which post just in one section of a forum, and they reply to 20-50 posts or more which make all the old posts show up on top and the new posts moved to the second and third page. I find it kind of spammy especially if the replies are short like no, yes, thanks, Congrats, thumbs up, etc. Most of the people who post a lot on one section of a forum have links to their forum and website on their signature.
In most cases, people do not post a lot in one section for fun.
