Dang thats alot of butter lol.

Usually I coat the bottom of the cast iron skillet in butter and use a spoon to continuously spoon butter on it as it sear lol. This video is next level XD.

That is a lot of butter, wow! I don't tend to use butter on my steak but I could understand why some would. If I were to have any butter on my steak, it would be a lot less than that LOL
