Whenever I have anything important on my computer. I usually back it up to my Flash drive, DVD, or external Hard drive.

I haven't backup my files since the Conflicker incident. Maybe I should because hard drives and the entire PC can break at anytime. When that happens, so much data can be lost.
Since a lightning storm messed up my family desktop's built in Internet card last week, that serves as a reminder to keep a backup of files safely stored in the external hard drive. Sometimes inclement weather can mess up your computer.
