It does not happen often, but sometime when editing my PHP files I break my website which uses php because I installed a mod wrong, or edit the wrong part of the php file.
How often do you break your php files when installing mods, and editing php files?

I think I did it once, screwed the site up pretty bad that I did it on.

Thankfully, I backed up a copy of my PHP files to a separate folder before I edit the php file. But, I can usually find the files online or just reupload the one broken file with a non-broken and I be fine.
