I rarely saved stuff as PDF unless I don't want people to be able to easily modify them.

I do know that you can make changes to a PDF file by filling in information though, but I have never tried creating and saving a file as PDF before.
The good things about PDF is you can make them act like webpages. For example by clicking a link in a PDF file it takes you to another within the PDF file which the link is linked to.
Plus, there is navigation buttons for most PDF readers.
I saw my teacher made a PDF where you can fill out text boxes and print or e-mail the appliction form to him.
