How should you rate something you know is bad, yet enjoyed when it comes to anime?

I am sure many anime are not necessarily bad enough to drop them.
So, how would you rate such an anime? Feel free to share your opinions here.

I’d probably give it like a 5 or 6. Basically just middle of the road.

I would probably rare it 2 out of 5 stars if the story and characters is good, but the animation, sound, and music is bad.
