How to apply mods for GTA 4 on PlayStation 3?

Hello! Can someone help me?
I want to apply some mods on PS3 but didn't know how to do it. I found information about PC only. Is it possible to apply mods? I want to make the gameplay more interesting and fun

Short answer? You can't mod PS3 games.

Putting mods on PS3 or 360 is, for the most part, not possible. There are some games where it is doable but those are few and far between. (Fallout 3 on 360 was able to have some mods installed... But that didn't guarantee they'd actually work as intended or wouldn't screw the game up. I don't recall if the PS3 could handle mods or not.) And in games where it can be done (like Call of Duty) people doing it are usually punished for it.

Truth be told, Fallout 4 is set to the first game on console to really support mods. But even then mods for console there hasn't happened yet and won't until sometime in 2016. (Heck, they haven't even released mod creation tools for PC yet.)

The only way i could see this workaround is that too have a hacked PS3 with custom OS and you have to connect your ps3 with the PC to get it done.

It is possible but like said above you would need to hack your PS3. The easiest would be to mod it on PC, there's a dedicated site for it - http://www.gta4-mods.com/
