how to import audio files into 3ds recordings

I'm trying to import short audio files into the 3DS voice recording directory, which is
x:/Nintendo 3DS/Private/00020500/voice/
When I go to play it on the 3DS, it shows up, but once I highlight it, it turns grey an I can't play it.
I download short audio files, and covert them to .m4a, which is the format of the working audio files, using format factory.

My problem is, how do you name the audio files??
They all start with v00,v01,v02,v03,v04, etc and end in random numbers of 311, 411, 211, or 111
Ex: v01311.m4a

It seems like the last three number correspond to the color of the bubbles in the 3ds sound recordings.
401/411= blue
211= yellow
311/341= green

341= full bubble

Any solutions?

There is none... at least none that I know of.

use the 3ds to manually record the sounds.
