After reading the title, I thought you were going to post about the MOGA Game Controller, but this was something else. Really interesting. Does it work for any other mobile operating systems, or just for Android?

I think you can use the Moga Game controller or PS3 Controller which uses Bluetooth for connectivity. I think Moga controllers works for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and maybe Blackberry since Blackberry can now run Android apps.
