Meh... I use GIMP... each one refers to a specific color/hue/saturation stuff.
I know things like 990000 FFFFFFF 6666666 333333 since that's all I really used

Well, I dont really know then, as I said, GIMP has a really good colour chooser, it even gives the HTML code so I can just grab it. I know some of my favorites though.
Only a little about HTML tags and how they work, but the rest I'll find and look up on my own (the codes for colors, fonts, etc).
