How would you feel when you had to work without getting any training whatsoever?

Would not be happy at all because I'm sure they wouldn't be happy if I did things wrong.

My place was pretty good with their training, to be honest.

I’ve been thrown into jobs without any training. It’s not the best, but it can have its advantages, you get to figure it out by trial and error then figure out what works best for you.

I've had this happen to me before at a job once. I was suppose to get trained by the supervisor, however, the supervisor spent their time in the corner reading the newspaper instead of training me. Then I was let go after about 2 months because I wasn't doing good enough at the job. Well, duh...............your supervisor isn't training me and I was trying to figure stuff out on my own.

I read this so often on the retail reddit.
