Chinese phones like the Honor 8 are looking better these days.
Do they sell them outside of China?
Yes the Honor 8 will sell at at American stores like Amazon, Best Buy, B&H, Newegg and Honor's own e-commerce store according to http://money.cnn.com/2016/08/16/technology/huawei-honor-8/index.html
But, according to CNN, the phone will only work on GSM cell services which are AT&T (T, Tech30) and T-Mobile (TMUS) services in the US.
