Raise your sword and you will not fail! Right?.... right?

Did you get it?

I heard this one is different from the other Warrior games in some way but idk how true that is.
It's definitely different, but I liked it a lot. It doesn't have as much content was the original Hyrule Warriors, but it's still worth it.

Willing to explain more? I'm curious

Just so you know, I hate the idea of regular Warrior games.

It still involves basic Warrior gameplay, but it's toned down a bit. Most of the main mission and side missions are more about beating enemies or getting from point A to B in a certain amount of time. There are still some parts where you have to get enemy basses and make them your own, but it's not as bad as in Hyrule Warriors. As for the content, it has a fairly good amount, but nothing Hyrule Warriors where you have a ton of adventure maps with tons of squares that are all missions.

So really it's more of a toned down Warriors game that feels more like BotW. Plus it doesn't get insanely hard like HW did, but you also get a ton of ruppees so keeping all your characters up to level is easier as well. That was my main gripe with HW. Too many characters I didn't like playing as that it forced you to. Here it forces you to play as some characters, but like 80% of the time you can choose who you play as.

sounds like a balanced game, can't wait to play it.

And played it.

Fun game, at times I really did feel like I was in a life or death battle with all that was going on in the main missions and the story was fun even if a cop out.

Still I feel like this might have been slapped together, compared to other musou games it feels rather bland, empty and a copy of paste of most missions. Once the similar copy characters started to come in, I no longer cared about all the extra side stuff and just beat the game.

I mean it's crazy that Koei Temco makes more than one Warriors game even for a license that isn't their own. Like, say Hyrule Warriors, and this, as well as Fire Emblem. With the first two, I think being more general crossover side is cool to get your feet wet, but these recent two about connecting the lore with recent titles and changing the gameplay, I just don't get how you would want two games of the same IP and then play two different genres unless you were loyal to an IP. I am thinking of trying the 3DS games first when the chance is given though.

The nonstop energy of the music matches the game so freaking well, one of the best zelda soundtracks
