Hyrule Warriors will be receiving three downloadable costume sets in Japan, including outfits from Twilight Princess.
The official Japanese site (via Nintendo Life) outlines three different sets of costumes, modeled after the pieces of Triforce. The standard edition will include the "Courage" set with three costumes. A Premium box will include both that and a "Wisdom" set with three more costumes. Finally, the "Treasure Box" set will include both Courage and Wisdom, and two "Power" costumes.
Link and Zelda's Twilight Princess appearances are part of the Courage and Wisdom sets, respectively. These haven't been confirmed for release for release in North America or Europe, but their release as pre-order DLC or standalone downloads seems likely. Hyrule Warriors is based largely on the Dynasty Warriors series, where costume DLC is common.
