I hate the damn thing, it's the worst thing invented since the Matrix sequels.

Why waste your time on the internet talking to people, while you could talk to people who are your real friends. (Don't call me a hypocrite, l have few friends.)

Social networking?

No, it's just a breeding ground for slutty teen girls and the pedos that chase them, which ends up on 'To Catch A Predator'. Which will provide me with entertainment as the sick bastards are running out of the house, only to get tackled, tased and maced by a dozen police officers.

But, back on topic, like l said, what's the point?

95% of your 'friends' don't really know you, because all your page is is a stupid Youtube video and crappy pop music, along with a blog, and some low-quality digital pics of you.

So?

Why go there?

To be with your 'friends'?

No, that's not the right answer, like l said, they aren't friends, only fakes, psuedo-celebs, and pedos hiding behind a veil of zeros and ones.

Jeez, go outside with your real friends, play a game of whatever sport you like, or just have lunch, see a movie, do something.(Not a little girl, you nasty, ghoulish pedo!)

I agree that there is no point to it other then it being a fancy forum service but people like it if it's still going strong.

i use myspace for 2 things....to keep up with my friends (cause i live far away from them) and to keep up with my fav artists.... thats it

i think people over react to it cause its not that great

I have a facebook which I use like uber uses his myspace to 1 keep up with friends that live far way and to find out some stuff. That's about it and I don't spend too much time on facebook to make sure I avoid meeting any nutty people.

I have myspace and facebook. I only add people I know and my profiles are set to private. I have moved 12 times in the past 27 years, so I have friends in a variety of places. With Rob being active duty in the Army, we will be moving even more. I'm not at my second college, so that's another place to meet new people. Yeah, calling them on the phone and talking to them in person would be great, BUT when you work full-time, go to school full-time, and are raising a 6-year-old son by yourself...time is of the essence.
