I think one shouldn't force anyone to turn themselves in. Just let the security authorities do their job.

I think that this is where I stand on this. If people stop taking responsibility for their actions whether it's by accident or not, everyone and everything will turn into chaos.
If a best friend were to accidentally kill someone I would advise them to turn themselves in and explain what happened. It would be the honest thing to do not just for myself but for my best friend and also for the family of the person that was accidentally killed. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I just ignored it and covered it up.
Yeah, that's right. If one still have a conscience, it's going to be very difficult for you to overlook it.
