Imagine if Sony announces a new God of War in 2016.....

It would be so good I'm starting to believe Sony might push it to 2017 on purpose.
I mean, it would be the best if it was next year big holiday game, but then we would have:
Polyphony Digital with Gran Turismo 7
Naughty Dog with Uncharted 4
Japan Studios (Team ICO) with The Last Guardian
Guerrila Games with Horizon Zero Dawn
Santa Monica with God of War 4
Sony would be dropping all at once, it would be huge, but then they need to be very well scheduled to keep delivering after that (if Naughty Dog can give The Last of Us 2 in 2017 that's enough though xD)
Now, do you believe we can really have this awesome year just ahead of us?
How great would that be?
 
I fully expect GOW 4 to be a march 2017 title...2016 is still going to be one of the strongest years in PS games history assuming everything delivers.
 
 
Not to mention the stuff coming from Sony Bend, Sucker Punch, and Studio Japan. To be honest, some of that might not be in 2016 on account of it being simply TOO much  to put into the market at once.


They'll want to maximize everything profit wise. Release all that stuff in the same year and the games will cannibalize each other.
 
 
I don't really like God of War that much but I'm kinda surprised they haven't announced a new one yet. Maybe they will announce one next year?
