Impossible to play Lichdom: Battlemage on console, help?

Finally got this game cheap, $8 on console (Xbox One). Its pretty fun, but literally almost impossible to see anything. The screen is incredibly dark. I went through all the options and there aren't any options for brightness. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone figured it out? I'd rather not tweak my TV settings just for one game.

If the game has no options then you will need to tweak your tv settings directly. I've had this problem with a few past games and always ends up being annoying.

You can try playing it at night in a dim to dark room which might help.
