Just as a quick evaluation made about the style before I get too used to looking at the site: The sidebar is a little bit tall, as it stretches beyond the forums list. Perhaps some elements could be minimized or condensed, or configured to show less content? That way you could get rid of the blank space between the forums list and the "who's online" box.
